I’m going to keep this one brief. First of all, I apologize I haven’t been writing as frequently as I’ve been wanting to. Inspiration was just flowing last Thursday, but after that, not so much. I’m still here for you guys.
Second off, there’s been a major and tragic event that occurred very recently. I don’t even need to mention it, but I just want to say that my heart goes out to those in Manchester, to everyone affected by such tragedies all over the world that don’t get reported publicly. In the face of such tragedy, be there for your friends, be there for your family. Be there for the people affected by these events the most.
Rather than focusing on hate and placing blame, focus on the feelings of those around you who were affected by this. Tell them they’re not alone. Especially for the parents who lost children. Be there for them, okay? Everyone needs it now more than ever. Love one another. We share one world, we breathe the same air, we bleed the same blood of humanity. Why let differences cause so much hate and animosity? Regardless of ethnic background, religious belief (or a lack thereof), sexual orientation, gender, or age, love one another. We owe it to ourselves as humanity.
My heart goes out to all of you. I pray for the fallen, and for those who mourn. I stand with the oppressed, the affected, and the wounded. I love all of you. Spread these messages of love and be there for each other. That is all I ask of you.
